Nov 14: Deadline to apply for a flash communication
Nov 19: Notification of acceptance for the flasch communication
Nov 26: Registration deadline for participants
The event will be held virtually, and the attendance is free.
Details about the flash communication session:
The flash communication consists in a 3 min presentation/1 slide format to give the participant the opportunity to show their field of research. The communication does NOT necessarily need to be related to the Symposium topic.
The participants who want to register for a flash communication are invited to submit an abstract until Nov 14 with the template available here.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy for Registrations
No registration fee will be refunded for cancellation later than 14 days before the conference starts.
Alteration or Cancellation of the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers and/or program of the conference.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In the event of such a cancellation, the organizers will refund any registration fees paid, and this refund shall be the full extent of the organizers’ liability to the delegate arising out of such cancellation.
The organizers reserve the right to shift the conference to a virtual room

The organizers may take photographs, and include any of these photographs on its websites.
You are not permitted to record any part of the presentations or to take pictures of slides.
