6th SCS-Syngenta Symposium 2021
The Swiss Chemical Society and Syngenta organized the 6th edition of the one-day symposium entitled “Chemistry lab of the future” on Friday November 26th, 2021. The focus was on cutting edge advances in synthesis design, reaction optimization and drug design assisted by AI as well as the robotic aspects of synthesis automation and testing.

- “Flash communication” session during lunch time.
Format, Fees and Registration
The event was held virtually, and the attendance was free.

Flash Communications
The flash communication session consisted of ten 3 min presentations/1 slide format to give the participant the opportunity to show their field of research. The communications were not necessarily related to the symposium topic.
Abstract submission deadline for the flash talks was Nov 14, 2021.
Award for the Best Flash Communications
Helvetica sponsored the Award for the Best Flash Communications. The presenters of the two best presentations were honored with a certificate and a cash contribution of CHF 200.-
